Review and fill out your disposal documents.
To start the process, please get in touch with DisposeTritium.com through their contact form or email to request a quote.
After that, you'll need to complete the Disposal Agreement and Serial Number spreadsheet, making sure to read the entire agreement before submitting.
You can send both documents to DisposeTritium.com via email, fax, or regular mail.
Once received, they will carefully review the forms for any missing information, and then provide you with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number, a Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) transfer notification letter, and detailed instructions on how to package and ship your tritium exit signs for disposal.

Prior to shipment, please follow these steps for preparing your signs for disposal:

Gently wipe down each sign with a damp cloth.

For units bearing the "B100" model number, please remove the housing push pins from the frame.
If you have any damaged signs, please notify DisposeTritium.com in writing before shipment.

To take your signs off the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's exit sign "red flag" list, DisposeTritium.com registers your tritium exit signs correctly with the USNRC. Subsequently, we notarize a transfer notification letter for you to print and send to both the NRC and your state regulatory authority.
